methods that are aligned with the organization business goals and strategies (Kangas, 2003).
With the dynamic nature of the business and the market, realignment of the business strategies
regularly provides a better way for the organization to stay in the market effectively while providing the
services offered, the organization strategy of operations should support the business initiatives and the
information signs or information technology should allow organization strategies to be effectively
delivered through proper control, precision, efficient utilization, information for decision-making which
in turn helps the business strategy to be delivered effectively and the goal of the business is achieved
